Passionola® Gold Premium Passion Fruit Cocktail Syrup

Passionola Gold Nearing Commercial Release
On August 1, 2024, the Passionola Team visited our contract production facility in San Diego, California. We all wanted to make sure our Passionola Gold premium passion fruit cocktail syrup moves forward into production seamlessly. We held tastings and made final details, and August 6th, we had a follow-up meeting to make sure everything’s at 100%!

We’ll be working with a few beta testers personally to invite them into the process in making sure that we are providing you with the best product and experience possible.

Our commercial release should be happening in September! Thank you so much for your support and patience. We truly appreciate it.

About Fassionola

Developed by a German immigrant druggist and his wife in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California, the brand was coined “Passiflora,” then “Passionola” — a passionfruit product originally intended for soda fountains and ice cream parlors. After the end of Prohibition, Don the Beachcomber used it in many of his original tropical cocktails. Thirty years and several scandals later, it was rebranded “Fassionola.” Along its journey, it touched the lives of music publishers, actors, dancers, soft-porn directors, suspected mob associates, and bartenders keen to keep the legend alive.
